Slinky is a rambunctious, playful boy who was surrendered because the owner did not "want a black cat." That was back in April, and he has finally gotten his chance for a permanent home. We named him "Slinky Malinky" for the cat from the children's book by the same name (see previous post here.) We made a photocopy of the front of the book to put in his cage sign sleeve, and he's had alot of fun shredding it the past few months. This is a boy who really needs room to roam and now he will be out in the country.
Nina is a super sweet, but shy girl who needed a quiet environment. Her story was first posted in this blog on Tuesday, April 22, 2008. She has been in foster care but now will have a permanent home. Read more......
